Starting price for the Accord Crosstour is $32,570
Without resorting to automotive vulgarity like 'hatchback' or 'wagon,' Honda has once again broadened its Accord line to include another body style that isn't a 4-door sedan or 2-door coupe.
The Accord Crosstour will powered by a 3.5L i-VTEC V6 engine making 271hp, sending it through a 5-speed automatic transmission to either the front wheels on the entry-level EX model or all four wheels on the upper EX-L model. It uses Honda's Variable Cylinder Management (VCM) system, which allows the engine to run on as few as 3 cylinders to conserve fuel. Fuel mileage is 18mpg in town and 27mpg on the road for the front-drive EX model.
The EX-L model also adds a navigation system and a backup camera.
